Our mission is to mobilize and equip every Christ follower in our region as a reproducing disciplemaker.
“When he saw the crowds, he had compassion for them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. Then he said to his disciples, ‘The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.’”
Matthew 9:36-38
As we awaken the church to the priesthood of all believers we will see the Lord sending workers to every part of His harvest field. The result will be waves of engagement in existing ministries, increased collaboration and the start of many new outreach and service programs and micro-churches. We are summarizing these evangelistic ministries under the heading of Gospel Communities.
We long to see a Gospel Community in every “neighborhood” of Tampa Bay – every place, for every people group and addressing every problem in our city.

Cooperative Outreach
To reach every man, woman and child in our region (4.1M+) we need every church and every Christ-follower! Gospel Saturation
Our vision is to see “no place left” for the Gospel in our entire region – for every person to have repeated opportunities to experience the love of Christ and respond to the good news of His finished work.
